The Many Ways We Can Communicate with Your Subscribers

Phone
Although email, IVR and fax technology have expanded the manner in which we are able to contact subscribers or subscribers are able to contact us, most subscribers would still rather hear a friendly, comforting voice on the other end of the line. Speaking directly to our agent gives your subscriber the comfort and confidence that their subscription will be quickly and seamlessly processed. It is this relationship that allows us to up-sell, cross-sell or gather additional demographic information.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Interactive Voice Response is the technology that allows us to use the telephone to purchase tickets, do banking, pay bills or do numerous other things by using the touch pad of the phone or speaking to a computer which recognizes your words. It gives the subscriber the ability to interact with a computer voice (e.g. press or say 1 to order a subscription; press or say 2 to change your address etc.). When used in conjunction with television or radio advertising, blow-in inserts, cover raps, direct mail, email or fax, there is nothing more cost effective than IVR. And in the real time world of television and radio, we can handle 1600 simultaneous transactions.

E-Mail
We offer email broadcasting services, including the subsequent processing and reporting of returns in any format that you may require. In the case of a phone contact, our agents can email your subscriber in real time and provide them with the information that they may require to make a purchase decision.

Fax
Our systems contain built in fax services which allow agents to send faxes to your subscribers in real-time right from their desktop. Incoming faxes, whether they are subscription orders or demographics, are captured and delivered to any agent mailbox as an attachment. Our Unified Messaging System allows us to handle and route all incoming faxes (as well as other contacts such as phone calls or emails) through our ACD system just as a phone call would, passing through skills based routing priorities etc. to the appropriate agent. We also offer fax broadcasting services, including the subsequent processing and reporting of returns in any format that you may require.
